Composite Laminate Stiffness Calculator

With simple inputs, the bending stiffness (x- and y-directions) and torsional stiffness of a plate laminated with fiber-impregnated composite materials can be calculated.

This calculation is based on the following assumptions and should be used with the understanding that actual results may differ.

・The thin film must be such that the kirchhoff-love assumption holds.
・It must be linear materials.
・The laminate must be symmetrical vertically.
